The Toyota team and service group was great. There did appear to be a homeless person fully covered in a blanket sleeping in the showroom area when I went to sit down out front. I appreciate it is a problem everywhere, but would prefer to be able to find a place to sit in a dealership without having to deal with it.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Q Holt argued with me about every single topic I brought up and was extremely unhelpful. I needed him to request a letter from my extended warranty program stating that they would not cover the repair work done to my vehicle, in order for Poway Honda to agree to cover the repairs. Q outright refused and talked down to me when I repeated my request, stating that my request was a waste of time and that he knows best. He also completely misrepresented the reason my vehicle was towed to Norm Reeves, making it extremely difficult for me to justify to the original used car dealership why they should pay for the repairs. I am now the middle man between the two dealerships, and I need to pick up my car asap and have the issue resolved and I cannot get ahold of anyone at Norm Reeves who can assist me. I have spent several hours today trying to call various numbers at Norm Reeves. It’s unbelievable how bad the customer service is.
