Two items requested on my service visit were not addressed. Customer service was average. Facilities are nice. I am questioning value of bringing my car there and considering other options. I lack confidence in the work performed without good close out process and communication.

I did get the complimentary rental and didn’t get home in La Mesa until 4:00! The car was ready at 8:00 the next morning. Why wasn’t Luis told there was a delay and he could have called me?
