It took a while at the desk for him to find out who I was. I told my number to call me and everything because my wife phone number was in the system, but he still called my wife, and all the texts went to hers. I was told to be done between by 12:30 and 1:00, but I was still waiting after 1:00. I went to check if my car was ready outside and it was, but he was on lunch break I heard. If I didn’t go up and check, it would be more waiting. It seems like it always takes so much time when we take our car in for service.

Jessica is absolutely amazing. I did not anticipate how smoothly it could go and she made it so by connecting with the rental company and getting me there by shuttle before it closed. She kept me informed as to what diagnostics found, whether it was in stock, and whether I would get it by closing. I am really impressed.

I realized that my car’s front windshield has been replaced without my consent. I realized it when my dashcam was uninstalled. I tried to put it back but it didn’t hold because the clips are broken.It’s sad that I wasn’t informed about what happened. Secondly, There is a little problem at the lift gate which makes some kind of noise when I lift it up or put it down.Also, i was told that the right side of the car wasn’t under insurance because there’s been previous repair.Plus, Nothing has been done to front bumper because it has some scratches and a crack.(why does it matter?)Isn’t it better get the job done completely.( this a 8 year old car, what would you expect ?) Finally, my rental was really poor in fuel efficiency(21 MGP).I should’ve been provided an alike car because I’m driving a hybrid and there is a reason for that.This caused me to spend more money on gas because I drive a lot due to my work.Unfortunately, combination of all these issues didn’t leave a positive feedback on me.

Richard was professional, but I left the shop without a resolution of the issue. I felt he and the tech were not trying to honor warranty work. I’ve gone ahead and submitted a claim to the brand engagement center id#****-****-xxxx40. My cowle is warped, just need it fixed/new part. Similar trim issue with the passenger window- trim is leaving rubbery gunk on the inside of window. Tech was saying that dirt was causing the issue. Not sure how dirt turns into rubber. Really like these small issues fixed.

Where do I start. My truck sat unmoved for 1 hour before the maintenance began. I was quoted that the truck would be ready at 2:30 p.m. Yeah right. The bathrooms were nasty. No paper towels to wipe your hands. Toilet paper on the ground. Your associate, or whatever you call them, tried to sell me a cabin air filter. Nice try. I replaced that filter 2 days earlier. You people would rip me off if given the chance. $60 to replace my wiper blades? What about all of the male prostitutes out front looking for work. I do not need your service.
