I had an appointment for a Wednesday at 11:15am, but apparently my car didn’t even get looked at until late in the day. I wasn’t called until 5:00pm to tell me what needed to be done & what I wanted them to go forward with. Then it was the next day before they told me they would have to order a part and it would be yet another day before my car would be ready. Then the next day, Friday, it wasn’t ready until 6:00pm. Why was my car maintenance so delayed? Was it because I have an older model Toyota? I love my Toyota, but this kind of service certainly makes me reconsider whether I want to buy a Toyota for the new car I was planning to buy in the next 9-18 months. Everybody was polite and professional when talking with me, but I got incredibly poor service from Toyota, very unhappy!
