This isn’t so much about Jessica but about my overall experience. The notice I received from this dealership told me that my car would need to be worked on for 1 hour to 1 hour and 45 minutes. When I called to make an appointment the woman on the phone shared that at times my car could take up to 2 hours being serviced. I purposely made an appointment first thing in the morning (8am) because the woman on the phone shared that if I made an appointment first thing then my appointment would take even less time. For this reason I felt fully confident in telling my boss I could work a shift at 12pm. However, this morning my car took 4.5 hours to be serviced. I was late to work and got into trouble at work as a result. No communication along the way. Not satisfied at all. Again, I’m sure this was out of Jessicas control, but overall I think the communication was very poor.

I had a problem with my car and John was able to take care of it under the warranty. He arraigned for a rental car for several days until the problem was resolved. John did an outstanding job for me and I am very appreciative of his efforts.
