Barely spoke to her or had any engagement. Then when came to pick up car, had a charge for a “repair” in addition to the service I came in for that no one notified me of. Apparently it was for a nail in the tire. Would’ve had no problem if someone would’ve just contacted me in advance or let me know. ROBERT, who was amazing and I will go to moving forward, helped me finish paperwork and figure out where the charge came from. Didn’t even show in the computer, just in the paper notes. He was extremely kind and accommodating. While the woman who helped me (don’t even know her name because she was so not present) was less than helpful, Robert made the process much more enjoyable.

Q was an amazing worker. He communicated every step of the way. He noticed I had my daughter with me and he approached me and let me know how long I would be in the store and suggested a rental car. Not only did he get the rental car delivered to the service center he did it quick and efficiently. I knew he was busy with other customers but at no point did I feel unattended to or as if I was not being communicated with about my car progress.
