Karina was a great service rep. She kept me updated throughout the day. One suggestion is to have charging ports for mobile phones in the waiting area. There are numerous outlets but no USB ports there.

Was told the service would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Was notified that it was ready almost 4 hours later. Luis said he was away in a training class. Someone else should have been notified if the car was completed sooner & not have to wait until he came back from training. I was late getting to a 12:30 appointment somewhere in rancho San Diego. My scheduled appointment with Toyota was @ 7:45am. Luis apologized, so I don’t blame him if there was no one assigned to follow up on his appointments.

Service experience as it came to maintenance was as expected. Everyone was friendly and my car was fixed promptly. Kudos to you guys. The let down was that you guys ended up needing to cut me a check and I was told that it would be out in the mail promptly. A week and a half later I hadn’t received the check. Apparently the check hadn’t been written or put in the mail. Ultimately I had to head down to the dealership to pick it up.
