Just being picky, but this is the second time the plastic on the seat and door Matt are left in the car and I have to clean it out. It would be nice if the tech would remove them after they are done.

It wasn’t specifically Jessica, but the total estimation for my car was beyond imaginable, close to $4200. I had to ask about all of the services being recommended with some including labor costs and material to change my front and rear wipers for $240. I change them on my own for $50. Additionally I’ve had no steering issues, leaking and yet I was provided an estimate to replace the entire steering rack assembly for $2100.00 rather than just replace the worn out and/or torn bushings as an alternative. My rear trunk key hole still works but was pushed inward as if it came unhinged from the keyhole fixture. That was quoted at $887.00 to replace the entire assembly. Rather than offer solutions to fix what is actually broken or needing replacement everything was a full replacement. I’ve been taking my car here for 15 years and have had major work done but this seemed unreasonable. Feel like no one could provide justification for all of this expensive work. I had to ask for the tech video for the assembly rack. I should have asked for one diagnosing the rear back door lock to determine why the entire thing had to be replaced rather than find a way to get the key lock back into the keyhole. I was very disappointed.

I felt the way I was treated in line for assistance was very bad. The service manager was called. He took every word in a negative manner. I told him the person to assist me took 2 breaks while I was waiting, which she confirmed. At least 10 people were helped while I waited. Larry did not apologize at all for the service provided. Very sad.
