I had an appointment at 2pm and saw my car sit in line for an hour and fifteen minutes. The actual work took 20 minutes. What's the point of even making an appointment? Cars without appointments were being taken care of first until I complained.

I had mentioned to Juan that the front wheels were making a scratching sound when moving slowly and I could hear it in enclosed areas. He said the techician was going to check but my concern was not written on the notes I received. He just said the technician didnt find anything and that it could be moisture in the morning from fog. This happens in the afternoon. He said I could schedule an appoinment if the problem persist.
