The service department was courteous. Alex in the parts department went above and beyond to secure a second key to our Prius Prime. Richard took the time to answer my questions and shared about the Toyota vehicle that he owns which demonstrates that he believes in the Toyota brand. That made me feel good.

Denise was very professional and friendly, she was very helpful with my questions about new tires for my Tacoma. She went out of her way to see if there was a way to order the turn off tires for my truck. But according to parts dept they are on back order with no due date for shipment. Fortunately,I called another dealership and they were able to order turn off tires and will be here on Friday.
I've always had a positive experience with everyone at your dealership. I loved how well Denise communicated with me. I hope I'm able to keep her as my service advisor.

Scammers and idiots work here. Had an issue with my leasing experience and then a camera fell off the car which confirmed with another dealer out of state is a known issue, wouldn’t replace it cause there’s scuffs, washed the scuffs away it was dirt and grime from the road but the shop foreman didn’t want to even bother submitting it to Toyota warranty because he didn’t want to discredit his reliability lol wtf bro it’s just a job submit that **** no one is going to ding you if Toyota denies the claim. You guys all **** lol I reported it to Toyota CS. When I have time I’ll call norm myself ????
