The service was fast and attention to detail excellent!! Q Holt kept me well informed & explained the service I received today thoroughly when the service was completed. I was met by an intake employee when I pulled into the service department & he took my name & vehicle information. He came back 2 times to keep me updated as to when Q Holt would be speaking to me. I do not like that check in process. When I came for my most recent appointment there was no line and I was even ten minutes early. It took the service rep 30 minutes to get me checked in. I get they are busy doing other things but two other customers came after me and were checked in before I was.
