When I was informed at noon that my car wouldn't be ready until 4pm I said that was fine, however nobody told me that the shuttle service stopped at 4pm.
When I received confirmation that my car was ready at 4pm I replied to the text asking how late the shuttle service was available as I was in a work meeting. I got no reply.
I then spent the next hour attempting to get in touch via text, phone call, and online assistant to schedule a shuttle for pickup. I could not secure shuttle service through these methods. When I finally got someone on the line around 4:45pm they told me shuttle service ended at 4pm. They offered to have shuttle pickup the following morning which did not work for me.
I ordered a rideshare to get to the dealership to pick up my vehicle and when I informed the associate there about the situation she told me that the shuttle service was still available. So there is a massive disconnect in communication between the various departments and the customer.
This was a rather frustrating experience, especially considering how communicative the dealership was before 4pm.
