Your service team talked me into the throttle body service, now one day later I have a check engine light. I looked under the hood and found a hose disconnected and other parts not secured properly. I’ll be back tomorrow to insist your technicians do their job properly.

Was told the car would be ready in one hour so I waited on site. It took 3 and a half hours. The service representative was very polite. I just would have liked to have had a realistic time quoted so I could have planned accordingly. I would have also appreciated a text telling me additional time was needed.

Not happy that my appointment was scheduled for 7:15am only to be told the technicians don’t start until 8. And I only asked for oil change and wipers and Q put balance tires on my work order. All was good except the 25 minute wait to check in for my appointment. With an appointment, I should just be able to drop off my car and leave as I’ve already provided the service needs. Instead, I had to wait in a line to move cars up as they came in. Customers can instead be directed to park in a designated space at their appointment time and then leave their keys with an attendant. The mechanic or attendant can then drive it into the bay when it’s ready to get worked on.
