The service rep probably was having a bad day, not the best attitude when checking in the car. I know it was very busy, but that should not be an excuse. I made it clear that I was waiting for the car, since I notice other service reps were asking their customers if they were going to wait or if they needed a ride. I was nos asked anything but I communicated my preference. Then I was told that I will get a call when the car was ready, which I never got. I went outside and noticed my car parked out in the general parking, I had to go look for another service rep, since I could not find mine. First time I am this diasapoinyed

The left front of the vehicle had been in a prior accident you did not report this! You denied this afterwards! We have pictures dodo does your dept! you sold my uncle a damaged car and it was not reported it was not repaired properly and the issue is STILL ONGOING! They keep not fixing whats actually wrong making sure the car is running good!? as stated to him at his purchase time! I’ve seen the pictures prior to you selling to our elderly uncle a wrecked half assed way of fixing it and your warranty cover also refused to fix this STILL UNDER WARRANTY! THEY refused to fix anything they KNEW IS THERE! You can pretend for so long! They could not be reached from your dept or us!? They refused to get back with your service department they refused to get back with us! HOW CONVENIENT! The warranty just expired this month! They held us off just long enough for the warranty to expire! We just had the car in again! the noise is EVEN WORSE AFTER WE PICKED IT UP TODAY! Fed up! Seriously totally fed up!
