Did not get message about car being ready. I called several times with no answer on Denise's line or any other. Finally after several calls get response at 530 pm. This was too late for shuttle service so I had to walk back to the shop. Bad response time!!

I really don't understand why you guys have an app where you can choose the advisor that would be better for you if when you arrive, someone just changes it, and it doesn't matter if you say that you actually prefer to be advised by someone you have chosen. Also, the person who was my advisor today was acting weird. For the first time, I felt like someone was trying to increase the bill. She included flushing coolant without even asking if I would like to, and then, after 2 hours, I received a report saying that my rotors could not be resurfaced. It was as if she wanted me to pay an additional $800 as if it were nothing, and I was not prepared for that. She became angry and was rude on the phone when I made her a simple question and when I said that I couldn't afford it right now. It was such a terrible experience. I usually go with Robert Farr and never had a problem, but I don't know why it's impossible to have him as an advisor even if you arrive pretty early, I was the second one today… so frustrating… I'm probably just going to look for another Toyota dealer. Not a problem.

Service this time was horrible. In all the years I have been coming for service. I was told upon arriving my service would take 3 Hours this was long for me but because of pst goof service I decided to wait. When I left it was 6 hours later and had to get another person to check me out my original guy was nowhere to be found. I have an appointment for this Thursday because a part needed to be ordered to complete my service needs. I sincerely hope service will be better then.

Jessica is fine. But we’ve been trying to get our car fixed since May. I find it difficult to believe that the parts are unavailable. I’m guessing they were never ordered. I had to keep calling every few weeks to find out the status. Then I’m told they’re in…so I scheduled an appointment on October 9th. I dropped off the car at 7am. At 3pm I received a call that the parts weren’t in (?!) so I’m still waiting. I’m worried that something else is going to happen because I haven’t fixed the immediate issue.
