My 2018 Toyota rav4 has taillights that have become unsafe . This seems to be a manufactured defect where the lights now hold moisture and become foggy and at night seem to be dim because of it . I purchased this suv new from norm reeves Toyota in San Diego . I took in for service and requested lights to be inspected/replaced due to there inability to funtion correctly on the road . I was told they would get “looked at “ and soon after received response with “nothing can be done but I would have to pay to have them replaced? I’ve been a loyal Toyota customer and it seems unfair to have to pay more because of bad materials or manufacture defects. My name is Jose M

I arrived on time for my 11:30am appointment. At 2:30pm I told Richard I must leave by 4pm as I had a 5pm appointment that I could NOT miss. Then Richard told me my car would be ready in 35 minutes. I do NOT believe that my service 45k mile was actually done. I am now thinking I should go to Kearny Mesa Toyota from now on. I had been going to Norm Reeves for 3 years and even had $2200 of bodywork done there. Now I am thinking Norm Reeves Toyota is a bad choice.
