I was not happy with the checkout process I was asked to swipe my card before seeing any paperwork or breakdown of services provided. Apparently that came five minutes after. John took care of it for me and printed out the paperwork but we should not be asked to pay for something before we see what Service was provided.

$60 to install wiper blades? Next time I’ll do it myself. I’m not sure I needed the throttle body cleaning. I use Tier 5 gas and could’ve bought some Techron for $10. $1100 for tires? I bet Costco can do it for $800-900. And they didn’t install the body panel screws in the right rear wheel well that I requested. Otherwise, the people in service are pleasant.
