Rosalina took such good care of me. I had brought my car in for some engine/brake issues and the next day there was a high pitched screech when I accelerated. This completely scared me since I'm a new mom with an infant baby and wanted to make sure my car was safe to drive. Rosalina called me back after I left a frantic message, brought us back and made sure that the issue was resolved. She made sure I was kept up-to-date and that I would not get charged unfairly. She is an amazing employee.

Luis did an outstanding job checking me in and out and listened to all my concerns. However, the technician that replaced my battery wiped my radio stations during the procedure. Also, I had to reset the clock. It's a 2011 Camry so dont know if anything else could have been affected. A phone call back verifying my electrical system is safe would be appreciated. Thank you.

Denise provided me good service, was polite, and had accurate times on the service.
My complaints are that with an appointment it took a half an hour to even check in, then another 3.5 hours for the service. I understand it was a holiday, but what was the value of having an appointment that I made long before the holiday. I planned ahead and had the time, but If service is going to take this long I am going to look for other dealers.

Luis was very helpful and direct! Ensured the shuttle picked us up, couldn’t be happier. He recommended the proper needed service and had everything done in a timely manner. He did a great job and even though I was skeptical about pricing at a dealership, he was honest, to the point which made me reconsider my reluctance of maintenance being done at the dealership. I will eventually get the service he recommended done once I can afford it now that I know I’m not going to be jerked around. Shuttle transportation was amazing, and I couldn’t be happier for the price. I’m a single dad, I only have time and money to do so much, but these guys went out of their way to help out.
