There is a Toyota dealership 5 miles away from my house but I drove 18 miles to Norm Reeves Toyota just because my girlfriend bought her Corolla there back in 2013 so that’s where she would get her car serviced and with all the problems I had going to Chula Vista Toyota I said I’m just gonna go to Norm Reeves this time to see what’s up and I was very pleased by the way I was treated and handled over there. Karina was on top of her game checking in with me and even calling me after I picked up my vehicle so from now on Norm Reeves has my business.

I did not get any feedback on my service because I paid through the link I received on my phone. Someone other than the service writer who accepted my car gave me my keys. I think he thought he was helping. Fortunately, the same link gave me information from the inspection. I was shocked no one had any suggested repairs or anything.
