Richard was fantastic. When I received the truck however, I had a few very noticeable oil smudges on the front of the hood and left front panel. I just washed the truck this morning.
Lesson learned, wash the truck after visiting the dealership.

Two hours and 10 minutes is an exorbitant amount of time to wait for an oil change. There is absolutely zero reason to have to make an appointment if you will be forced to wait that long for a service that should take a maximum of thirty minutes. I had other things to do today that just couldn't get done. Pretty disappointing.
