I appreciate how Jessica explained the process yet as someone with a marketing background who has designed many surveys, while I understand a one question being a “yes’ or ‘no” only option. That said, as a consumer I’d prefer not to be boxed in for my purposes, despite the comment box. I had three people basically ask me the same questions upon arrival. It feels like a live version of being on hold with a cable or service company passing you on to the next person and then another. Kind of takes away the person-to-person good old fashion idea of CUSTOMER SERVICE. All people were courteous. Yet marketing question and asking customer’s to repeat 3x almost resembles being a hospital patient checking cognitive abilities and/or making sure they don’t mess up on a dosage or perform wrong surgery. “Food for thought!”

Waiting onsite,I wasn't notified that my oil change was done. After 90 minutes I saw my car in the parking lot. I went looking for Service Rep, Luis. He had gone to lunch, my paperwork was at his station. Had I not asked another agent, I wonder how much longer I would have waited?
