Had an 8:15 AM appointment for a 60,000 mile service. Expected to be there a few hours, as I have no other means of transportation, so I waited at the dealership. Ended up needing new front and rear brakes which I approved. I spent 7 hours at the dealership today. Did not get checked on once, no status updates until I had to go find my service member myself. For the $1000+ and the 7 hours at the dealership I’d expect the car to be in good shape. Once I left the dealership and got on the freeway, my alignment is way off. I will likely not be bringing my car back to this dealership. I understand this is not Q Holts fault, but as a dealership I expected better.

i arrived on time, 9am, was not helped until almost 9:40. no one told me the wait to be served was going to be so long, no one offered coffee. i was told at 9:30 the service dept was short staffed - but only after i spoke up with a complaint. regardless of the wait, the staff should have informed all of us of the situation. i bought my car here 18 years ago. you are the only place my car has been serviced. i will likely buy my next car from you. better attention to the wait time is due. and coffee.
