Feel like they just wanna get my car out of the dealer when I buy it there they never explain me how the insurance and extended warranty works not satisfied at all since I buy my car with you guys it having trouble like 4 times thinking on file a claim or complain

I don't like the way the treat me. I purchased a brand new car toyota sienna hybrid 2023 with guaranteed tire. I had a flat tire, when I came to the dealer the tell me something different. So I have to pay the different for the tire.
Also the tire the put doesn't look a new tire. It's look a use tire.
