After checking at counter 25 minutes after expected ready time, I found service advisor was at lunch while my vehicle was ready and I'm waiting.
It ok to have lunch break but a system is required to help everyone waiting to get on with their day while advisors are on break. I could have been out earlier. Worse, I could have been waiting much longer had I not looked on my own

Waited 4.5 hours to have simple oil change, tire rotation, and wipers replaced. All other customers came and left during the time I was waiting. When service was completed, I had to return again because they hadn’t replaced the wipers. This was a very frustrating situation and I am so disappointed with my experience at Toyota.
