Intake experience was good, waiting time was reasonable, however it felt like an eternity due to the fact that the TV in the waiting room was on a some sort cooking channel, it was visual cooking channel with elevator music that literally put customers to sleep. I recommend the regular cooking channel with people talking or HGTV in a low volume or even no volume, anything is better than elevator music

I received an update that my truck was completed for the oil change. After that text came through, I received another recommending that the cabin filter be changed. I agreed to have it done and so you changed it. I didn’t pay close attention to the invoice upon picking up my truck, but later realized you charged me $30 in labor for the filter replacement . Really? This take 30 secs to change out. Shame on you for charging me that much for simply opening the glove box and sliding in the filter. You should have disclosed in the text that this charge would be included. If you had, I would not have agreed to have it done. I will not be returning to your service department.
