She said it would take 1.5 hours even though I had an appointment. I waited over 2 hours and had to go find someone for an update because I had another appointment at 11am which I barely made in time. My appointment was at 8am.

I was quoted $996.86 for a repair that should have been covered by Toyota. The premature failure of this part is know by Toyota to be an issue. My car is barely 3 years old with only 40miles. Further more the part was quoted at $286 when the MSRP on Toyotas website is $113. That is over a 100% mark up. I have bought the part my self and found a AAA approved mechanic that will install it for $250. I’m done with Norm Reeves, I will be reporting the mark up to Toyota corporate and never using you for future business.
