Appointment was at 8am got there at 7:45. 4th car in line. Broke us up into lanes. Helped everyone around and behind me. Finally at 8:20 someone comes over to help. I asked why everyone was being helped except me. He said he noticed no one helping me, so that's why he came over. He told me they'd start working on my car right away. At 8:25, he told me they were working on my car right now. They didn't get started until 8:40 because that's when my app notified me the door was open. John was helpful and I could have been sitting there a lot longer if he hadn't helped me. I've been coming to this dealership for 20+ years. This is my 4th car purchased from this location and this has been a horrible experience for me from the lease of the car to today's service. I definitely do not feel like this dealership cares about loyal customers. Over the years I've sent friends and family to this location to purchase vehicles. I don't anymore when they ask where I buy my Toyotas.

My only comment is it probably took longer than I expected, but because it was a Friday before the holiday rush I guess it is understandable. Also, I did not have a reservation because it was an unexpected issue with the battery.

Q did not know that the work on my car had not been finished I must surmise that he was told everything was done but upon closer inspection the work was defective. Consequently I was unable to pick up my car and it is still at the service center being worked on Q did everything he could to appease me and I appreciate that very much but I need my car. I am an Uber driver and I cannot afford to be without my car.
