I brought my car for a regular oil change and my car was good. They broken my car oil pan and I told them to replace the oil pan because they broken it but didn’t replace it. Then I scheduled appointment with service Manager the guy with long beard I think his name is Mike he is such a rude and disrespectful person he doesn’t know how to deal with people. Also John Bautista is also a disrespectful person. 0 out of 10 for Norm Revees Toyota.

1). The girl that helped me didn’t call me once my car was finished. I had to go to her and ask after 2.5 hours of waiting. I got to work too, I can’t be waiting all day!!! 2). She told me my car might be in two places “over here if not there look over there” basically what she told me. I couldn’t find my car so I had to ask her for help. We finally found it. 3). My oil change sticker (top left corner of windshield) was not updated. It shows my next oil change is at 55,000 miles but my car currently has over 56,700. It should say 61,700 — not sure who dropped the ball on that. Not one of your best performances but I’ll still go back maybe in 5 months.

It was extremely frustrating that we had an appointment, yet still had to wait 3 hrs for a regular service only to be told you were busy because of the other dealership had closed down. Why make appointments if we have to wait so long. Also, had a 10am check in time, I was there 9:50 and had to wait to be checked in until 10:15. On check out the final guy was rude and just blamed Thanksgiving week.

I had a 10am appointment. At 11:30am my car was STILL in line with at least 2 or 3 cars in front of it according to my service advisor. I had to complain and point out that I had checked in for my appointment on time 1.5 hours before in order for her to do anything. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened. I would take my car elsewhere but I have a prepaid service contract. Toyota San Diego service was never like this.

John appears to be a man of integrity and speaks truth. I noticed how gently and calmly he approached a person who was having to wait so long to get his car back.
