Vehicle’s been running wonderfully, but it was time for a basic service. Asked Denise Lopez ‘not to look too hard for repair issues’ since I’m had some excessive dental expenses lately, to which she promised to complete the service ‘with her eyes closed’! Wonderful service visit with no extras although cautioned that front brakes will be needed on my next visit. To top things off, Denise was able to apply a discount to the final bill. I was thrilled with this service visit and greatly appreciate Denise’s attentions.
