I was called for an appointment, set the appointment and then we got there and told I didn’t have an appointment because they could not find the appointment then they said they did not have the fob that I needed to have programmed in the day. They called me that they had the fob. She acted like it was our fault and we didn’t know what we were talking about and then she found out that she was wrong and she did not appologise when come to find out it was a complete dealership error. I had an appointment for an oil change and alignment they said it would take to or three hours and it was almost 5 hours. I think I spoke with someone named Carina when I called for a courtesy ride back to Toyota she said we only give a ride one way which is ridiculous and she was a little rude
