I was waiting for my car to be finished. I was told it would take an hour. The person helping me said she would come get me. She never did. I could see my car parked and had to ask another salesman to help me.
When I we t in for a previous service I was missing a piece for my car and it is covered under warranty. They said it wasn’t in stock and they would have to order it for my car. They never called and when I asked if it was in to be fixed/ placed on my car they said they didn’t have it.
Your customer service is horrible. I only go to this dealership out of convenience. I plan to drive to El Cajon Toyota for my next service. It is worth the inconvenience.

Doesn't matter which service person, there is a general inability to reach someone by phone in order to be picked up by the shuttle. Today has spent about an hour and a half of trying to get confirmation that I would be picked up prior to the driver quitting for the day. It would be nice if this process were improved.

Had a great experience at norm reeves Toyota. My oil change was done in a timely manner. I was able to get in at the last minute. My brakes and tire condition were explained well. And I was given options about whether or not I wanted air filters replaced. Overall I left feeling I received great service yesterday.
