Unprofessional does not know what she talking about I was told something that was not happening . She told me that my car was already getting work done and that she saw it this was after I was there for 1 hour and almost half when I look outside my car was still on the line . Then I talk to someone else and told me that there was a lot of car and it’s weekend I did not see a lot of car when I got there but then hour later is when cars started coming I was really Annoyed and irritated another woman was also complaining it was almost 2 hours which is 2 o’clock when my car was pooled to get fix but it was only there for not even 10 to 15 min did not change oil only added oil last time I was there I was told my next oil change was suppose to be Oct of 2023 or 32000 miles not very happy
