I sent a message and still awaiting a reply. So until I get a response, no I am not satisfied. Would like to understand why I was never sent the results of the inspection until after I came to pick up the vehicle. The inspection recommends I replace the front tires. I wanted my tires rotated and it is not clear if that was done since the report does not reflect they did rotate them. I paid to have them rotated so would like to know if they did in fact rotate them? If so, wouldn’t the worn tired now be in the back?
