I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for only an oil change. I didn’t request any other services. It seemed very quiet compared to prior visits. . I have been a customer since 2003 and have never waited this long for service.

I was on time for an 11 am service appointment. The line did not move for an extended time. I waited 30 minutes in my car for the service order to be written up. I asked for a shuttle ride to my home 2 miles away (it’s uphill and I am 81 years old). I had to wait over 30 minutes for the shuttle.
I was dropping my brand new bZ4X for a recall software update. I was my first visit to the service department. One of the main reasons for purchasing the vehicle at your dealership was its convenient location. I was disappointed.

Robert is always wonderful and very helpful.
I was upset that the quote I got on the phone and the real price of interior detail was double. I understand that there is a difference of a basic and an “extra” cleaning g but that was not specified on the phone.
Also in my opinion. If a valued customer is paying double what they expected I would have done a simple exterior wash to make that customers day.
Just a thought.
I love coming to Norm Reeves Toyota and hope to continue and send friends and family.
