Larry spoke to me and gave me a discount due to my concerns On the end, I was disappointed to hear that there was nothing that the mechanics could do to get a read out other than "not ready from my computer scan. Previously, mechanics had told me to drive the car at 55-58 mph for up to 100vor 200 miles. That was what I was told to do at Norm Reeves as well. I have been following those instructions, the night before my visit to NR Toyota, I drove it 100 miles at 55 mph. And before that, I took many trips of 20 to 35 miles at that speed. I wish there was a fix for this issue as I am not anticipating that it will ever reset. It just seems odd that Toyota at large has no way to fix this.

When I arrived to pick up my Sienna the exterior and interior still had spots where it was dirty. The van was supposed to have been detailed prior to the ceramic coating being applied. However, there were still marks present. When I approached Jessica and showed her she initially did not want to do anything to rectify the situation despite clear evidence that the vehicle was not adequately cleaned/detailed then she wanted me to schedule to bring my vehicle back another day to have it detailed again. I work full time and have three kids, that is not a reasonable request especially given that we scheduled this appointment for a Saturday and it took up most of the day. The only person that I have dealt with, thus far, who is helpful and who I would do business with again is Mike Hayner. He is kind, friendly, and very helpful.

I’ve made an appointment for service at a certain time, but when I arrived for my scheduled service, I had to wait in the same line as those without an appointment. I waited 1/2 hour in my car after my appointment time, waiting to get written up. Why make an appointment if you can’t get in at your scheduled time? After I got my car back, my sticker for my next service was for the wrong car as the mileage written was below my mileage.
