Vehicle has been in multiple times for the same issue and have had other issues happen to it when I pick it up.

I wasn’t impressed with Robert Farr.
After he finally appeared after I sat and waited 20 min. after my arrival at my agreed appointment time I never saw him again until I paid my bill. I was sent a text with the repair recommendations. He didn’t explain anything. Just told me how much I owed, I paid and left.
Zero customer service.
