Rotating the tires is supposed to be part of the service. The tires are only 22 months old with 22k miles. Your agent said they needed to be replaced but my mechanic says they still have several mo the left. I'm frustrated you didn't provide the covered services as part of the 20k servicing. I didn't have time to stay another hour for you to rotate the tires- it should have just been done

I showed up 15 minutes early to my scheduled appointment. On three occasions they had me pull forward in lathe maintenance line. Each time the service professionals walk up and started taking care of the vehicle/person behind me. On the fourth time they ask me to pull forward, I told them no and then explained to me that was because other customers service personnel cared for different cars. However, they ten took care of me. It took them 50 minutes to even get me checked in, which is unacceptable!
