I had an appointment for 10:30 and the car was not finished until 1:00 pm. You have either over booked the appointments or you let the walk ins go ahead of the clients with appointments. This is not a reflection on Karina Villatoro but your system. Karina was very efficient and courteous.

My appointment was for 8:30am but I was not assisted by a service advisor until about 9am. Once my service was completed and I received the text message, I waited at least 15 minutes for someone to come take me to my car. After 15minutes, nobody came to me and I looked for the nearest service advisor to assist me with getting my car so I can leave.
