I brought my old camry here for a failed smog check issue and found it a bit odd that everything wasn't done as requested. My family and I have brought our vehicles here for over a decade and service was usually spot on. Travis Briertonn went the extra mile and made everything right. Very cool gentleman. The technician replaced a part (radio head unit) that did not need replacing and did not replace the critical part (Bluetooth/phone controller) that is responsible for the problem I reported. I am dumbfounded by the misunderstanding as I was very clear about what I was experiencing and repeatedly said that there was nothing wrong with the radio but the buttons controlling Bluetooth and phone no longer worked. The service manager has remedied the situation to my satisfaction.

Today I came in and requested an oil change and wasn't sure what else my car needed. Service advisor told me Toyota does a multipoint inspection and he would let me know if anything else needed work. I absolutely appreciated how quickly my oil change was completed, 45mins was really fast. My issue is that Travis didn't notify me that my cabin air filter needed replacement prior to calling me to let me know my car was ready for pick up. I was at his desk signing for the oil change and ready to make payment for the oil change when he then tells me my cabin air filter needs replacement. Had I known in advance that it needed attention, I would have requested replacement while my oil change was being completed. After making payment and getting my key back only then did I receive the text messages notifying me of the MPI safety inspection report that mentions the technician's note of the cabin air filter needing replacement. It was confusing to hear my car was done but then I received that information from Travis and the text message after the fact. Now I will need to make another appointment to have the air filter changed when it simply could have been done today while my car was already being worked on.
