No issues with Robert,he was great!
Only issue was with the inspection report written up by the tech. He noted that both the engine air filter and cabin air filter were dirty and needed replacing. The engine air filter was just changed last week and there is no cabin air filter in the 05 Sequoia. Norm Reeves has been servicing this car for over 15 years and I've always had a good experience with the dealership and the service department! I only bring this up as an FYI

Arrived at 12:45pm for an oil change. Was told that the tires might be rotated as well. Was given 1hrto 1 5hr window for myvwait time. Upon arrival I informed the lady that I was here firvthe 'walk in Wednesday ' 15% off deal too.
It was not until after 2hrs that I finally otvthe vehicle bak. The tire rotation was not carried out & still it took almost twice the time quoted. Then as I checked out I had to remind the advisor of the 14m5% discount that was to be applied. Once I mentioned it it was taken off the bill.
Wasn't too impressed on this visit. Usually the service is better.

i was told shuttle to take me home so i could go back to work would be available in 10 to 15 minutes. i asked several times over the 45 minutes i waited. when he returned he went on lunch break. i had to walk home in the heat with no water and missed over 2 hours of work.
service was to include oil change and tire rotation. tire rotation check box on multipoint inspection is NOT checked. i have a prius. tire rotation and alignment is important. i don’t know if they actually did it.
