I think charging and a diagnostic fee and not having that fee go toward the repair is garbage. I ended up paying close to 400 dollars to replace a battery if you include that diagnostic fee. TRASH!!!

I dropped my car off at 4:45, and it was not taken to the back until 6:20, and was done at 6:45. I do not feel this was a lot of time to check the car thoroughly and not sure why my appt/wait was so long for such a short visit.
