Rosalina is an absolute professional and I always ask for her. She comes in at 0900. My next comment is not about her or any one individual- about business culture and perception. I had a 7:00 olclock appointment. Showed at 6:55. Your service department was not “open for business” at 0700. Your representative started strolling in and turning on the lights and warming up the computers shortly thereafter. (check your security camera footage) So the question is: are you open for business at 0700 or not??

I called at around 1130am because I was trying to book an online service appointment. The website said I had no due service even though my car just passed 15k and was trying to charge me for other service options. So I called the service center and she said there had been a glitch, but appointments were available today at 1pm. So I got there at 1pm, got checked in and was told the wait was going to be 2 hours. I had already driven out so I wasn't going to go all the way back home, but my car wasn't even seen until about an hour and 15 minutes after I arrived and then was another hour until it was done. The service center and those taking calls need to be in more communication. It was EXTREMELY obvious they could not handle the amount of cars in there already. No appointments should have been available, I would have rather not wasted my time. Waiting nearly 2 and a half hours for a 15k service and cabin filter change when I had an appointment is absolutely ridiculous. I'll be going back to Kearny Mesa from now on.

I made an appointment for 10am. I had to wait 40min in line to get checked in. The staff was very unorganized, i could hear other staff members ask what should they do. Once I got checked in, I asked ETA, they said 2 hrs. I looked on the paper, ETA was 3 hrs. Around 2.5hrs I tried used the text message help center to check on the status of my car, no response. At 3.5hrs I got a missed phone call with no voicemail to tell me my car was ready to pick up. Poor quality customer service.

Appointment was at 10am. Arrived at 950 didn't get checked in and leave until aost 1030. My rep was fine for what it was, but when I was next in line then the guy who was available next went to the car behind me and skipped me so he could talk to the hot blonde girl in the Tacoma behind me. As this is happening the runners who come and move the cars were smirking at him and giggling while he was talking to the girl. I didn't get his name but Very unprofessional, and I get skipped over after already waiting very long bc I'm not hot blonde girl.

Everything was good except I was waiting in my car in the service line for a while before I was helped. I spent 20 min after my appointment time waiting to he helped. Other than that everything is was good.
