All of the people I interacted with were courteous, and the service they provided was fine, but I feel like your prices have gotten out of control. I actually don’t mind paying a premium for OEM parts and service, but when you’re charging more than double that of a reputable private mechanic, I feel like I am being taken advantage of, and just don’t want to patronize your service department any longer.

I towed my car because I got a warning saying low braking power put it in park. Since I arrived after 5:00 pm, my car stayed overnight and was asked to contact Q. Came in the next day and Q was in the phone, so I waited for him and for him to take his notes. When he was done he grabbed his papers and talked to me as he was walking off to see cars without any eye contact that I hardly heard him that I needed to talk to someone else. I was courteous in not interrupting him and he didn’t even say good morning or acknowledge me first. When I walked in I said good morning to the people there some didn’t even respond. The Customer service has been diminished at your location of Mission Gorge. Thank you
