I was mansplained that my truck was 4wd and what that meant - a truck that I have custom outfitted and done most of the work. I put around 25000-30000 miles on the vehicle per year and a lot of that is in 4WD in the desert for work. I carry tools with me in case I need to make repairs in remote locations and have been working on 4x4 vehicles for over two decades now. I requested a full service pan & filter change and was told that was not a thing that was done. Just wanted to make my job a little easier. I was very disappointed with this visit and will not be returning.

Simona T was great from the very beginning when I pulled my car up. Explain to me what was being done today, and what else could be looked at, which I had my tires rotated. My plan is to bring my car back next month replace the cabin filter as suggested that it was gearing towards the red area, every time I bring my car and I believe I get excellent care and definitely today with Simona .????????????
