After a few minutes on the road, the maximum speed was 5 miles per hour and the Malfunction Indicator lamp came on. I had to drive like this for a mile. It was quite dangerous to drive under these circumstances. I expect an explanation from you.

I have a concern about the car though, I recently noticed the moonroof black rubber thingy is sticking out. I believe it's something you guys missed during maintenance before selling it. When I let the service guy know about the problem but he said the entire glass needs to be replaced I have to buy new glass and replace the whole moonroof out of pocket which I don’t agree. I just got this car 6 months ago and I believe it was a product defect or the parts wasn’t properly installed.

I have purchased 5 brand new cars at "Rose Toyota " now Reeves. We were extremely loyal and always referred people there. About a year ago my 2013 Camry back passenger door was making a horrible noise opening it. It's the door my 86 yr old mom uses. I was working with the collision department for a bid on a dent to fix and asked about the door. I was told it would cost $300-500 to fix, the door and panels needed to be removed to fix. I also got a bid at Spring Street Collision. I asked him about the door he said give me a minute. Went and got a few tools came out and literally fixed it in 2 minutes for FREE! That was a huge strike against Reeves Toyota. Now we had this issue with the Venza. I'm told this model Venza is in high demand selling thousands over BB. Then I was told that the cost to fix my car was $4,500. Must fix before it can be purchased otherwise the offer would be $500. I immediately had my car towed out and my mechanic told me that was a total lie. All I needed was a battery and alternator total cost $900. Now car is worth $5-6,000+. I will never step foot in Reeves Toyota and I will make sure everyone I know hears about how I (a loyal 5x new car buyer) was being taken advantage of twice!! My husband contacted Mossy Toyota and is purchasing a 2024 Limited Edition Venza tomorrow.

Service provider Richard was assigned was terrible. Did the minimum to assist with finding parts needed and explaining the findings. Would like to thank Karina Villatoro for assisting me with finding correct parts and able to print pervious inspections. She personally walked me to the service department. When i ask Richard for print out of pervious inspections he simply replied with “pervious rep needs to print”. He was not working that day. While i was walking Karina asked if needed assistance n was kind enough to take the time to client who was not assigned to her. Personally would like to thank her for amazing customer service.

Being charged out of pocket for labor when I have a warranty is not something that I expected or feel is acceptable. I was charged $600 for nothing and I will be contacting corporate for my experience at this dealership
