Luis Marquez is attentive to my concerns, no matter how petty. He not only takes the time to listen, but he also assists me in working out a proper service schedule. Luis always takes the time to review my service results, answer my questions and project future and upcoming expenses that I have noted on my calendar and budgeted for so there are no surprises or major impacts, eg. tires are an ungodly expense when you are retired and on a fixed income. Luis Marquez printed out an estimate for my tire replacement and advised approximately how much life I have left in miles. I've been setting aside every month in anticipation and won't have to worry when I'm due for new tires. He not only takes great care of my car, but he gives me peace of mind. I appreciate Luis Marquez.
