My tire had a nail in the middle of the tread. I was told by Norm Reeves Toyota that the tire was unrepairable and that I must purchase a new tire for $240. I took the car to Costco and they said the tire WAS repairable! My opinion of Norm Reeves Toyota has definitely diminished because of this experience.

Arrived at 1:56 for 2:00 pm appt. No problems checking in. Oil service should have concluded at 3:30-3:40. At 3:55 still waiting. Staff checked on car said it would be a few minutes. Received the car at 4:40. Given 15 percent discount for wait.
