I diagnosed the problem for the service writer. Yet she had to go through the full diagnostic program and Bill almost $200 for the diagnostics? Why should I pay full price for a full diagnosis when I have a good idea what the problem is? It is not the service writers problem, however, it is Management’s problem or the greater Toyota.
