The worker cashier who was checking me out was very rude to me. I have always gotten the 100 thousand mile discount on an oil change and this worker would not give to me. He was extremely rude to me as well and he claimed he has never heard of the 100 mile discount as long as he has worked there. Worker very rude to me!!!

I was told when I scheduled the appointment that it typically takes about 2 hrs. My appointment was at 11:00 & I was greeted by Robert. He also said if there’s no unforeseen problems it should take about 2 hrs. I went to his desk at 1:00 & he said “good news” they’re just finishing the paperwork. I paid him & was out the door around 1:15. I was pretty happy!!!

Q was great but somehow misunderstood I wanted a cabin air filter. I believe Toyota really overcharges and always tries to get me to install one every time I go and I always deny it. Somehow it got installed and I want it removed leave it empty and I want a credit, but Q was nice, helpful and knowledgable.
I have my own cabin air filters they take three minutes to install and I was billed $82 I don’t want to ever be asked again to install the cabin air filter

I wont be going back to this facility, in my appointment I stated i wanted to inspect my car but the associate put that I wanted items replaced and it most likely did not need to be replaced as I had already changed it recently. I just left feeling scammed as well as I still had one more free maintenance from my understanding when I purchased the car. Any way ended up over paying for my service today. Thanks.
