I was stranded at my hair salon, repeatedly calling and texting to be picked up by the shuttle and no one responded. When I arrived the agents were standing around doing nothing and there were very few customers. The service is amongst the worst I’ve ever experienced & I never leave reviews.

John went above and beyond in his service today. Super pleasant, super friendly, super helpful. Offered shuttle service when I told him I was calling for a ride and walked me to my vehicle after it was all over. I had a question about upcoming service and he took the time out to not only explain to me about the service but showed me pictures and made sure I understood the answer to my question. He’s amazing. John is an example of perfect customer service.
